What are the biggest differences between someone who is blessed with calmness and peace of mind versus someone who stressed and out of balance?

You can use this time to restore your sense of calmness, balance, and strength. 

All you need to do is log on get comfortable, breathe and relax to receive the healing.

Receive vitality, strength and calmness to radiate from your inner world into your outer world by learning how to breathe properly and receive energy healing.

The first Tuesday of every month at 10:00am PST for an hour.

Things you may like to have prepared for circle:

  • yoga mat (or somewhere to lie comfortably during the Breathwork & Healing)

  • a journal

  • tea or water

  • light incense, candle or sage, etc.

  • have your sacred objects with you to charge with healing energy (crystals, deities, pictures on loved ones, etc.)

Why is this important?

As my spiritual awakening process started taking a quantum leap when I lived in New York City back in 2014, it was healing circles like this that really helped me ground and feel connected to other people. Essentially, I was finally feeling like I wasn’t alone anymore.

It is my great honor and pleasure to host this event as it holds deep roots in my heart for this reason. And, I’m so happy to share it with YOU! 😃

Please have your quiet space set up before the circle begins at 10:00am pst. the zoom room will be open a couple minutes early.
