Course Structure:
We meet online through Zoom.
Classes include Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Teachings, Interaction & Homework.
Each class is taught live.
You must be present in class in order to receive the teaching.
watching a recording is not the same as receiving the information in the Present Moment in which the course content is delivered.
